Each card shows the deal value, contact, company, probability, and expected close date at a glance — no clicking required. The board scrolls horizontally on any screen size, and on mobile it collapses into a compact deal list so your team can manage pipeline from anywhere. Stage totals at the top of each column show you how much revenue sits at every step.

Create multiple pipelines for different products, services, or teams — each with its own stages and deal flow. Custom stages let you name, color, and reorder steps to match exactly how your business works. Drag stages to reorder them. Manage everything from a pipeline settings modal without leaving the board. Pipeline selector tabs let you switch between pipelines instantly. No two businesses sell the same way — your pipeline shouldn't force you to.

Click any deal card and its full workspace opens in context. Edit the value, probability, close date, and owner. See the linked contact and company with their full profiles accessible in one click. The activity timeline shows every interaction tied to this deal — calls, emails, meetings, notes, and stage changes. When a deal closes, a win/loss reason modal captures why — building a dataset you can analyze to improve your process. The closed deals table gives you a searchable, filterable archive of every outcome with historical performance data.
