The activity timeline shows every interaction tied to this deal — calls, emails, meetings, notes, and stage changes. When a deal closes, a win/loss reason modal captures why — building a dataset you can analyze to improve your process. The closed deals table gives you a searchable, filterable archive of every outcome with historical performance data.
