The Zero Inbox Funnel

The Zero Inbox Funnel is a priority engine that ranks every thread by actual urgency. Time-decay escalation means an ignored thread climbs in priority the longer it sits unanswered — so nothing gets buried. Resolve conversations when they're handled and they vanish from your queue. If the client follows up, the thread unresolves and resurfaces automatically. Category filters let you isolate by channel — see only emails, only SMS, or only internal threads. Unread tracking uses a per-user cursor so your read state never conflicts with your teammate's.

Internal team messages within any thread let you discuss strategy, flag concerns, or hand off context that clients never see. AI-powered reply suggestions generate draft responses in multiple tones so your team responds faster and more consistently. On tablet and mobile, the contact pane becomes a slide-over drawer so you never lose screen space. The inbox adapts from 3-pane on desktop to single-pane on mobile with view-mode switching.
