SMS Messaging Policy

1. About this messaging program

Liquid OS is a business software platform operated by Connex Creative LLC ("Liquid OS," "we," "us"). Businesses that use our booking and service applications (such as Liquid Booking) can send transactional text-message notifications to their own customers through Liquid OS. These messages are sent from a shared toll-free number and always identify the specific business in the message body.

2. What messages we send

Messages are strictly transactional and relate to a specific appointment, order, or service. They include:

Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Order and payment receipts
Service status updates (for example, "on my way")

We never send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this program.

3. How customers opt in

Text messages are only sent to customers who explicitly opt in. At the time of booking an appointment or completing a checkout, the customer is presented with a clearly labeled, unchecked consent checkbox. No messages are sent unless the customer checks this box. Consent is never a condition of using the service, and it is never pre-selected.

The consent applies only to the specific business the customer is booking or purchasing from, and only to the transactional notifications described above.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the customer's activity. A typical booking or order results in a small number of messages (for example, a confirmation, a reminder, and a status update). Customers do not receive recurring or scheduled promotional messages.

5. Opting out (STOP) and help (HELP)

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. The customer will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further messages.

6. Costs

Liquid OS does not charge customers for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's mobile carrier and plan.

7. Privacy

Phone numbers collected for text notifications are used solely to deliver the transactional messages described in this policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from the customer's wireless service provider and is subject to network availability.
