Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Liquid OS subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain full access to all features until the period expires
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after expiration for export purposes
2. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access for the remainder of the billing period.
Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 14 days of an annual subscription, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, the remaining balance is non-refundable, but you retain access for the remainder of the annual term.
3. Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower tier, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain full access to your current tier until then. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
4. Communication Credits
Prepaid communication credits (SMS, voice) are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your account as long as your subscription is active.
5. Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at billing@liquidsys.io within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
6. Service Interruptions
If the Service experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues within our control, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period.
