Scheduling

Phone tag is costing you $200 per lost appointment.

Every back-and-forth email about availability is friction. Friction loses clients. Liquid OS removes all of it with a booking page that works 24/7.

Your calendar fills itself. 24/7.

Public Booking Pages

Every appointment type gets its own public booking page with a shareable slug URL. Embed it on your website, drop it in your email signature, or text the link directly to a client. They see your real-time availability, pick a slot, enter their details, and it's confirmed instantly. The booking page is fully branded — clean, professional, and Calendly-style without the Calendly price tag. Timezone detection handles the math automatically so there's never a scheduling mix-up.

Public booking page per appointment type — shareable link, no login
Calendly-style interface with real-time availability
Automatic timezone detection and conversion
Guest details captured — name, email, phone, notes
Booking source tracked (manual, booking page, or API)

Appointment Types & Team Assignment

Create distinct appointment types for every kind of meeting your business runs — discovery calls, strategy sessions, product demos, quick check-ins. Each type has its own duration, buffer time between bookings, color coding, and team assignment. Round-robin distribution spreads bookings evenly across your team so no one gets overloaded. The availability editor lets each team member set their own weekly business hours, and the system respects them when calculating open slots. Advance booking limits prevent clients from booking too far out or too last-minute.

Custom appointment types with duration, buffer, and color
Round-robin team assignment for even distribution
Availability editor — weekly hours per team member
Advance booking limits and minimum notice periods
Sort order control for how types appear on booking pages

No-shows drop. Show rates climb.

Appointment Tracking & Reminders

Every appointment is tracked through five statuses — scheduled, confirmed, completed, cancelled, and no-show. Automated email reminders fire at 24 hours and 1 hour before each appointment via cron — drastically reducing no-shows. Cancelled appointments capture the reason. All appointments link back to contacts in your CRM, so you have full context before any meeting. Appointments appear in the Agenda page alongside tasks and calendar events via a dedicated Appointments tab — no separate scheduling app to check.
